Doing things online was so easy with the communications via email and the software platform they utilized for form submissions. Everybody was telling us it gets busier and harder but VU has a simplified way of doing things that takes the scary out of stuff. In addition to the easy web software, their team members can answer questions or direct unanswered questions to more qualified managers. Yes there was a lot of reading and reviewing of paperwork which is to be expected in buying a home but all fears or concerns are dealt with by loan specialists that are experts in making things clear. Our loan specialist, Sam Carmack is a veteran himself so from beginning to end in this home purchase, he and the Veterans United team were on our side cheering us on making it all worthwhile and for that we are very grateful!
