Veterans United was overall a great experience and did an amazing job making sure I was informed and mad this new process for me as easy as they could to help me get the house we really wanted. I didn't know what to expect and the whole team I had was always willing to help or answer questions and made every effort possible to help me and my family buy our house we fell in love with. Thank you to Petra, Sarah, Nathan, Emily, and Matt for all you have done for us and I can not thank you enough or express to you how happy we are in our new home.
Communication was very poor throughout the process in terms of what was allowed, amount of fund approved for kept changing after offers were made, terms of signing at close were not clearly spelled out from the beginning almost costing me the house. When I complained about it I was gaslighted which I don't appreciate.

Bryan Kay took over for Heidi due to Heidi being out due to medical situations, brought me to closing and he fits all of the above either Heidi, he jumped right in and took my account to closing as if he was the main officer from day 1. I do apologize but the agent the got me to pre approval and a Montgomery something who got my interest rate down, i forget his last name, and a Krystal something who set up my insurance and got me better auto insurance, and again I apologize, I forget my last name, they were solid. Overall I couldn't imagine this process and what you guys do being any better thank you very much for making it possible for me to be a first times home owner.-Conner Vaughan

I chose Veterans United over several other popular lenders because they did everything they could to lower my interest rates and keep costs down and competitive. I did not have a bad experience. I just didn't see any benefit/reward with using Veterans United compared to others. When comparing to other finance companies was thinking about using It came up with the same mortgage price as the other finance company. So I would not recommend I would just tell anyone to compare prices and make your own decision.
