My Loan Specialist, Joe (and his team, which includes Abby), was exceptional in helping me and my wife with refinancing our home. They were extremely friendly and was prompt in answering all of our questions. I've refinanced my home in the past but have never had such quality customer service. Refinancing your home can be stressful at times, but when you have an amazing team that helps make the entire process easier by putting in the hard work, and being accessible and transparent, it takes away the stress. One of the support people on the team, Jennifer Garrison, was so understanding of my misgivings and my computer skills as well as different ways to get the correct information to her. An I.T. tech that assisted me was also very understanding and showed great patience with me until we accomplished the task.
After losing my husband of 43 years in 2019, I needed to make some adjustments. Losing my husband's Social Security affected my household income. Refinancing at a lower interest rate and the equity in my home was the best option to making life easier for myself. My husband was a veteran and we already had a VA loan. Overall the process was amazing and the commination was awesome with both Kurt and Asli! They made an awesome team. There was a small hitch with the title department communication with the title company here in my county. Other than that it was much easier than I would have ever thought possible. Keep up the awesome work and thank you for all of your hard work!
