We were happy dealing with VU. Suggestion would be to not just send out to do and sign documents but to give more information as to why. Provide some sort of checklist of what is expected from day one to closing. Show timeline of such.
Over all my experience was long but worth the wait the loan team was a strong and friendly factor in my travel in buying my home and if I had to do it all over again I'd want the same team in my corner
