Unbelievable caring! As a Vietnam vet, I have never been treated with such caring and respect. From the start with a Preapproval letter to Closing, the staff showed me that they always had my best interest at heart. All where extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Any time I left an e-mail or voice mail with a question, I always got a quick response and an answer to my question. Yesterday, I closed on my new home and today I move in. Because of Veterans United and their dedicated staff, I'm able to say " I have a home."

Veteran’s United will be my loan company of choice when using my VA loan from this point forward. They are incredibly nice, efficient and friendly.
Veterans United (VU) will have everything you need completes with a concierge that was able to get us additional info for utilities, etc. my most fav part is probably the website and it being so easy to complete tasks and check off To-Do items.
