Bryan Kay took over for Heidi due to Heidi being out due to medical situations, brought me to closing and he fits all of the above either Heidi, he jumped right in and took my account to closing as if he was the main officer from day 1. I do apologize but the agent the got me to pre approval and a Montgomery something who got my interest rate down, i forget his last name, and a Krystal something who set up my insurance and got me better auto insurance, and again I apologize, I forget my last name, they were solid. Overall I couldn't imagine this process and what you guys do being any better thank you very much for making it possible for me to be a first times home owner.-Conner Vaughan

I chose Veterans United over several other popular lenders because they did everything they could to lower my interest rates and keep costs down and competitive. I did not have a bad experience. I just didn't see any benefit/reward with using Veterans United compared to others. When comparing to other finance companies was thinking about using It came up with the same mortgage price as the other finance company. So I would not recommend I would just tell anyone to compare prices and make your own decision.

My advice: Ask lots of questions if you don’t understand something. This is not my first purchase but I noticed things have changed since I last purchased a home. I feel like they have simplified the process. We closed ahead of schedule so that was great!
I would say that Veterans United made this somewhat stressful experience one to enjoy. I initially left a message inquiring about a home I wanted to buy on Saturday and assumed that I would get a response by Monday or later. Within an hour that same day (Saturday) I was on the phone with Wesley and the loan process was started. Smooth, efficient and worthy of your consideration for an amazing experience with Veterans United. I was treated as a valued customer on a first name basis and I’m so happy I found them.
