We had some minor communication issues at the end and some fun times with the appraisal and U/W process, but overall this was a great experience. The market was insane and they were able to help us get approved for the amount we needed, lock in a price and get us a really good APR. Both Alex and Kristine were very professional, worked diligently to push everything through when we were in a time crunch and helped us make this dream become a reality. I can't thank them enough. The website was very user friendly and Alex always let us know when to check our To-do list to help speed up the process. When we buy again, I will definitely be using them for our lending needs.

Veteran's United in my experience, was excellent to work with in getting my home loan. I would definitely choose them if I were to purchase another home!

Lauren Barrett helped me stay on track with completing necessary tasks for refinance.

At times things got overwhelming and stressful the team got everything in order and alleviated the stress and we’re extremely helpful.

This was my 4th time purchasing a home, but my 1st time using a VA loan. This was the easiest of all the experiences that I've had with lenders.
Thank you so much for all your help!

Thank you to everyone at veterans united for all of their effort and assistance with this purchase, my wife and I are very grateful for our experience with this company.

There is someone every step of the way to help you. Always cordial making you feel like your very important to them.

This team made our mortgage process easy and painless. The communication and response time for any questions and concerns are the things that honestly stood out the most to me. This group of individuals were the definition of customer service and dedication to their clients. Rob and his team exceeded my expectations for how this process would be handled. Availability of my loan specialist to ensure the timely delivery of our closing documents, shows that this team cares about their clients and the product they deliver.

Everyone was great, it was a surprisingly easy process and I'm very thankful that I've got a new home!

my husband and I hoped we could get a loan, but didn't really believe it was possible for us due to our credit score. CJ Bommarito, researched the avenues available to him and gave us good advice as to what we needed to do to raise our credit score, and gave us a loan amount we had to work with. CJ Bommarito is a very knowledgeable agent, he is patient, and very helpful. He is quick to return your call after you've left a message when he isn't in the office, which was really an issue. The only issue we had in finding a house was that we kept running into sellers who never announced the house they were selling was as is, and in order for a VA inspection to pass the house, work would need to be done by the seller. So, if the seller didn't want to pay for the improvements so their house would pass, then the buyer attempting to purchase a home with a VA loan, had to keep searching, unfortunately a general home inspection had to be done before the termite inspection, and then the appraisal, which means, we had to pay for the general inspection 3 times on 3 different houses. Thank heavens the 3rd inspection was on the house that passed both general and termite, and then later the house was appraised for slightly above the asking price. I was never aware before looking for a house what to expect, and for me and my husband, the hardest part was finding a house that the Veterans United would approve, but in the end although you have to jump through a few hoops, Veterans United doesn't want you to get into a house that you'll regret having purchased due to hidden problems the seller is trying to keep quiet about, and that's another story. Be aware of the older seller telling you there is nothing wrong with the under floor supports even when part of the floor has a hump in it, and that they have had someone go underneath the house, and nothing wrong was found. There are dishonest folks out there. God Bless you on your home hunting experience.
