My loan team didn’t seem to have my best interest in mind. The guy I was supposed to be working with dumped me off on a guy who had no clue what he was doing and just didn’t want to do his job. I was last priority and it showed when after 4 weeks the appraiser still hadn’t done his job and the team was like oh well we are looking into it. It’s laziness and I would be asked things several times because they “forgot” I sent things by email and then didn’t want to take the time to go find the emails. I recommend finding a local VA lender before you use VU I should have listened to the people who told me not to use them. In the future I won’t be that’s for sure.
