I could call her anytime with questions or concerns. We view all the homes on video call because I was across the country. She sent videos and pictures of any home that fit my criteria. We scheduled video conferences to do walk throughs of the homes I liked most. She gave me her honest judgment and professional opinion when it came to putting in offers. What can I say about Aaron… the headline is this: Without Aaron we wouldn’t have ever been able to buy a home in California. VA loans are treated like a disease in the world of home buying in the competitive market that is souther California. This is due to misconceptions on the behalf of sellers and realtors. Aaron was available for the thousands of questions our and the sellers realtor had. I cannot tell you how many questions he had to answer, but he always answered quickly and respectfully. For those that think the VA loans isn’t “as good” thanks to Aaron’s hard work we closed in less time than most traditional loans. Hopefully his hard work will help spread the word that VA loans shouldn’t be discriminated against. Thank you Aaron! Without you we wouldn’t have our dream home in Calabasas with a pool.
