The underwriters have little organizational skills. I was asked for documents (which I had a hiccup with one) that they should have asked for at the very beginning. The whole process could have been much smoother. Once you think you have sent every document you have, they spend the next few weeks asking you for nonsense. Irritating to say the least.
Very professional staff and always in contact with us so we always knew where we were in process .
Nothing more to say. These two took great care of me from A TO Z. Follow ups were conducted daily to ensure I knew where I was in the Homebuying process.Thanks guys
