My loan team Court and Deep did not seem very competent. They seem as if they just started working with home loans. I was given BAD information multple times, documents were lost and needed last minute. My closing disclosure had missing and incorrect numbers day of closing. My closing took 7 hours because the loan team could not figure out common sense things.

This was my first time buying a house and I was expecting it to be like all the horror stories I've heard over the years however, VU made it a smooth and almost effortless process.
I can't say that I would use Veterans United again, but my case is different than most. In saying that I would refer other vets to your service, however I would make sure that I set them up for sucess in knowing what to expect.
