A very good experience! I had a quick close and everything went very smooth. A few things where it felt like I was rushing to do things but I have a busy schedule during the holiday. Sometimes they would want something done the day off during the work day. But overall a very good experience. Would recommend James and team to anyone

Our refinance process took longer than expected. But, our loan specialist, Rick Bridgman, got us through hurdles we encountered along the way. For future reference, following up and keeping on top of the loan process is recommended to avoid falling through the cracks.
