They did not let me know about a crucial timeline on credit reports and it now has increased my monthly PMI and over the lifetime of the loan is over 4K more. I would look elsewhere for another company that is more on top of timelines and deadlines.

Hi Campbell, It is our goal to provide consistent and personable communication to everyone we serve. Credit will need to be repulled if your process to close on your home exceeds 120 days. Conventional loans without a 20% down payment will require PMI to be paid but that does not correlate with your credit report.
