Also it seemed like some of the required documents could have been requested long before 5 business days from closing. Such as my VA summary letter. This made the last stretch very hectic being as we both work.

Go with the VA Loan Pros!

I would highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans on a scale of 1-10 they were 1000. The absolute best.

Many realtors tried to get me to use local financing. I did my due diligence and shopped around. In the end, Veterans United was the best deal available for me. I highly recommend them.

To anyone looking yo buy a home. This is the company you need by your side.

They take care of us!

Please use this company to help navigate the confusing process of a mortgage landscape. They will make things easy and help your dream come true.

The process of going through a home loan can be difficult and nerve-racking but Kendall did a great job making it as smooth as possible

An incredibly knowledgeable team who understands the unique and challenging circumstances helping Veterans coming from tough, traumatic backgrounds in theater! Consistently respond in a timely, professional manner with valuable information. Genuinely transparent and don't operate in a "used car sales" manner like some would expect a Loan group to communicate. Very relatable and pleasant to work with. Great rates and fair market loan terms offered. As an Army veteran of OND, I feel secure in this major investment under the guidance of Chris & Brandon to finally achieve the American dream! In a very difficult market for all buyers, Chris & Brandon made the process feel very normal. They were surprisingly patient with my wife & I every step of the journey. Highly Recommend A+++

Check your details completely and have them in writing and then check them again.
Response from Veterans United
Hello Bonnie, we appreciate your feedback. Our Client Advocate team is available to connect with you to learn more about your experience should you wish to share more information
Once Mike turned the loan over to Julia, the communication was slightly different, but still okay.
-She tried to send us the home appraisal, and it was our credit report, via gmail (unprotected) so that was concerning.
-I don't know who pushed our closing date to the right by four days, but it cost us $400 in closing costs that we are going to pursue recuperation.

I will use them for my next loan and will tell my friends.

The process was simple and everyone was so helpful any time I had questions. The constant communication was very reassuring and I’m thankful for every person that played a part in making this happen. You guys are amazing!

Ask for Amber Brown, you will not be disappointed.

I would definitely use VU again to purchase my next home.
