Early on, communication was great. Closer to closing, however, communication got a lot more sparse and getting back on track was tougher. Granted, covid had a big effect on the whole thing, but in such cases there should be a backup in place.

The process can run smoothly but they will help you build the best presentable loan profile possible and some times that means asking for the same information multiple times at different times a large portion of the process is in your hands you've got this far get your veterans United loan team all documents as fast as possible and you'll put yourself closer to that potential close date . If Veterans United can have its own Title team and the entire home purchase processes can be done in house that will be great. The reason is that some parters have poor quality service comparing to Veterans United and kind of downgrades the experience with Veterans United. Thanks!
