Previously, I had credit issues. The team at VHU coached me throughout my process, i.e., credit repair. I appreciate everything. Additionally, the service was friendly. Of course, I did not enjoy engaging with the underwriter as the process progressed. However, I believe my unfamiliarity with the home buying process and lack of knowledge of the required steps made the process stressful. Overall, I now understand and would recommend Veterans use the agency.

Jayden, my Home Buying Concierge, was in contact with me from start to finish and supplied me with contacts to help with my home search, providers to perform needed inspection and services during the closing process, and information to connect utilities, security alarm companies, and moving companies after closing.
