Veterans United was the first and only lender that my wife and I contacted to buy our new home. We never looked back or regretted working with them. I couldn't recommend them enough and will definitely do business with them in the future for any future moves.

The hole process was a little slow. Even though I had pretty much all the documents ready. As each week pasted there seemed to be something that would delay my loan.

The entire process was quick, fast, and easy.

Veterans United is the best way go if your a service member, it the only way to go

Veterans United was a pleasure to work with. Easy to get in touch with, lead you in right direction , quick with responses.

They are available and keep you informed throughout the whole process!

Thank you. We are VERY happy with Veterans United and our only regret is we didn't employ your services sooner.

Don’t expect what they tell you the first few times to be what you end up with.

Hello Kenneth, we appreciate your feedback on this matter. A member of our Client Advocate team is available to discuss this further and we invite you to connect with us on this matter. Discussing the details around your figures as they update is part of our commitment to deliver outstanding service. Veterans United does not directly control the majority of these costs like taxes and insurance, and it is expected that earlier cost estimates will differ from final closing numbers. It is our goal to be there for you every step of the way to explain and demonstrate all changes. We appreciate your calling attention to this aspect and will always be available if you wish to discuss in greater detail.
If you want a seamless loan process with “little to no delays”, I would recommend Jessica Messing and her team. They gave me the confidence that I needed to close on my house as soon and proficient as possible. My family and I will be talking about this for years. I’ve never had such good service in my life and was overly impressed about the number of resources that were available. From the initial home search to setting up utilities, Veterans United (especially Jessica Messing and her team) are unmatched.During this process, I was also selling a house. The guy that actually purchased the house was a veteran as well. I seen that he was having so many issues with his loan company and I asked him why he didn’t use Veterans United?! At that point, he was far in the process but I’m sure that was a lesson learned. Veterans United has a lifetime customer and advocate!! I love Veterans United!! BTW, I love my internet recommendation!! Until Next time !!

I am sure their entire staff is not rude. However, I found some of my interactions with the staff, specifically Samantha Lennox, to be quite rude. She often seemed agitated with her job and there was often miscommunications. The miscommunications and misinformation made my experience more stressful and overwhelming for me as a first time buyer. Working with Samantha only made things that much more frustrating. I am being honest on this review with hope that she understands energy and attitude play a huge role within this process. It is already a stressful process as a lender I felt as if they should have brought more of a peace of mind.

Rayann, thank you for taking the time to share this information. Last minute requests or delays in communication often create additional stress, and we apologize that your experience was negatively impacted. We appreciate the chance to hear from you and we understand how your experience may not have exceeded our or your expectations and want to reassure you that your comments will be used to help future clients. It is our goal to prevent a similar experience and continue to hold ourselves accountable for outstanding customer service. They worked very hard.
