I have done Re-Fi’s with other companies, but this was the most easy and streamlined experience I had l have ever had! The website is amazingly easy to use and clear to understand where you are I. The process and what to expect next. It even gives you a whole page with your entire loan team name picture email and phone number to be able to get your questions answered. Would highly recommend and will use again.
Jessica and her team were wonderful and professional during every step of the process. She was on top iof any needs they had to approve the loan and worked closely with me to get approved. After working with a few other so called VA friendly lenders, Jessica was head and shoulders above.

Everything was as easy can be. Only problem was the Gift Letter. I understand the need for all this but it wasn’t done electronically. It made it everything a little more difficult when everything else was done electronically
