Very smooth process from beginning to end. I felt like I had an entire team of professionals on my side, from the loan officer, to the home buying concierge, and the loan coordinator. All were extremely responsive and helpful, and I was able to close in 30 days with no problem, at an interest rate I was happy with. Veterans United Realty also connected me with an amazing real estate agent who made the home search process relatively painless in a crazy seller's market.

Extremely helpful from start to finish. I tried other home lenders that informed us that we couldn’t use our va home loan a second time without selling our house first. Veterans United figured out a way for us to have the stability of having a home and purchasing a new one. No bullshit... I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.
They gave less than average service but continually said “We are the best”. We’ve had numerous home loans and have never had an experience as poor as this one. The last home we bought on VA the seller died as we were getting into the process and the representative handling my loan was far better than veterans United. She kept me informed and covered all snags in advance in lieu of “We need one more thing”.
As a professional I would think you would know all that was required from the beginning instead of “uh oh, something came up”.
My final grip was your company does not care about the people you are assisting with a loan, you only seem to care about how great they think they are.
