Not everything was perfect; there were occasional delays cause by the condominium association were I was buying the property. Cameron and Brett were an amazing professional team providing the needed expertise to navigate as an independent contractor buying my first home. Over all, it was a good experience. To purchase a new build, plan on uncertainty, deadlines not being met and you being penalized for it. You have to have thick skin and speak up for yourself. For a pre-loved him, go for it!
