This was my 3rd home purchase in my life and by far the easiest. The website with being able to upload your documents, perform the “To Do’s” and electronically sign documents was awesome. Closing took about 20 minutes. The closing representative at the title company kept mentioning how impressed she was with the “small stack” of paper needed to sign to complete this real estate transaction.
