Poor underwriters. They couldn’t get that my new home would be my permanent residence, not an investment property - or my loan specialist just didn’t communicate well. It took 10 months to finally tell me my FHA loan was not up to their guidelines. They wanted a ridiculous additional 10% down payment. Maybe it was my loan agent that became the straw that broke the camel’s back, but my wife and I will not recommend.Didn’t read and/or communicate the appraisal letter of my house for his team, which screwed me a little. Didn’t read and/or communicate the eviction notice of the previous renting tenant that was leaving the home I was buying to live in to his team, which screwed me out of my 10-month long loan process. I give him props, he got me a conventional home loan within an additional month, but his figures were off by $10 thousand dollars, which misled my dad (the seller) BIG TIME out of how much he thought he would’ve gotten - you’d be mad too if you were missing $10k from what you were supposed to be receiving. He was condescending to my title agent, with a tone, asking her if she had even ever had experience with a situation like this before. To my knowledge, he never apologized or took responsibility for any of this. It’s November and we’ve had nothing but issues from him SINCE JANUARY. I will not do business with him or Veterans United again. We’ve had nothing but annoyance after annoyance.

That Mia is a great service. The team has the out most respect for its customers through every step. Always make sure you felt that your concerns questions and feeling were all out above all else. They always return called and answered emails that same day or the next.

The mobile notary did a fantastic job too by explaining the loan and my rights as a consumer. She was very kind, patient and informative during my time so timing the loan documents with her. As a consumer I would feel very comfortable and happy to hire her if I were an employer. Thank you!
