Only thing that kept this review from a 10 was the underwriting process. I know it takes a while due to volume, but it got hung up on a tiny issue, that shouldn't have been an issue. Otherwise, no complains.

Accomplished the objective albeit without much consideration to our situation as it relates to urgency. We loved VU during our first home purchase which prompted us to use VU again for this purchase... Next time, we'll cast out a net to see who offers a better deal.
