This is my second time using VU to find a place and they were so consistent with not ever dropping the ball. I’m a happy customer once again, and greatly appreciate their patience and team effort. Two thumbs up 👍 👍🤝
Only thing that kept this review from a 10 was the underwriting process. I know it takes a while due to volume, but it got hung up on a tiny issue, that shouldn't have been an issue. Otherwise, no complains.
Accomplished the objective albeit without much consideration to our situation as it relates to urgency. We loved VU during our first home purchase which prompted us to use VU again for this purchase... Next time, we'll cast out a net to see who offers a better deal.

I would just again stress that communication with first time buyers could increase. And maybe I just didn't read something along the way or something. But a phone call after each step is initiated to go over next steps would be very helpful.
