I was not aware how much of a change there was in a VA purchase. I have had 3 VA loans in the past and combined they weren't nearly as difficult as this one. The people we worked with at VU helped us through the issues and helped educate me of the procedures. Thank You VU for helping us obtain our new home.

Avoid Veterans United if you can. Do not let the name 'VETERANS UNITED fool you. They are not for Veterans, they are for their bottom line ($$$) only. And make sure any appraisal should be done with the veteran present to verify that it was done honestly and thoroughly and not pictures taken 3 or 4 months prior or years prior. And do your research to ensure that these businesses are really for helping veterans or hurting them (vets).
