The team always treated me with dignity and respect. However, they were very inaccurate with multiple answers and systems that were given throughout the process Resulting in a stressful and costly closing day, a day that should have been a happy day/celebration for us.

The first realtor we got sucked. She submitted a notification to Veterans United that we weren’t looking for a house anymore after she created a communication issue by asking us to us an application that could track notes and viewing requests on houses we liked. Then she wouldn’t check it. Had to text her and she said she’d reply faster by text. We left a viewing and said we were gonna keep looking and then we got an email saying she told the lender we aren’t looking. Once we got reassigned to Terry, things got better. We viewed a ton of houses and even had an offer in that fell through before ultimately buying. He was super helpful.
Veterans United made the process of buying a home insanely simple.
