Fantastic experience! What mattered most to my wife and I was having a team of professionals to help us through the homebuying process. We were impressed for the most part. I felt that the process went as fast as we wanted it to go and at no time did I feel like "the ball had been dropped" as there was always someone on the team to answer questions and/or to hold others accountable.

Time, Lisa, Amanda, and the entire team assigned to our Loan were absolutely phenomenal. A lot of smaller companies wanted to compete by saying we’d feel “left behind” during the process and that communications would drop, but that was NOT the case with our Loan team. If anything. VU proved to not only bring the most honest and transparent team but also the most competitive rate. Every question we had (and there were many) was answered quickly, clearly, and patiently.
