Website is very intuitive. The "to-do" list was helpful in keeping up with required documentation for getting pre-approved, making an offer, and closing on a home.
just recommending that the company would take care of veterans better in terms of not making the process of buying a home so difficult especially buying the home the veteran WANTS. I’m speaking mostly in terms of the appraisal. If it wasn’t for the sellers agreeing to the lower appraisal I wouldn’t have gotten the house I really wanted. the required paint job that the appraiser requested was also unnecessary. Cosmetic work shouldn’t be the reason to fail an appraisal or a requirement to pass one. Overall the rest of the team was hardworking and Danny was able to get me lower numbers which is always a spectacular thing! thank you!
