I aired my frustration with Gretchen Smith, who runs a well respected veteran's assistance group called Code of Vets. She suggested Veteran's United. When I first contacted Veteran's United, Jason Lacey was the agent that handled my file. Immensely helpful, never judgmental or patronizing. We had a number of conversations and I was highly impressed with his expertise and his ability to convey information in laymen's terms. He was also highly proactive and able to adjust with little advance notice. The sellers of the house I bought made things difficult but Jason was able to get everything together just in time to close on schedule. Jason and the team all deserve high praise for helping me and my family purchase our first home.
