No issues!
it was a difficult process as the VA bureaucracy seem a bit over the top in some of the requirements with little or no flexibility in dealing with a veteran who until now resided overseas and married to a foreign national. Had not been for these archaic process, the purchase would have been simple and the closing not a drama worth of a soap opera.
we are an international power and our bureaucrats need to learn to think and act outside a very narrow path.

He offered timely/relevant suggestions, actionable interest rate forecasts, and countless phone calls/reminders of documentation which I was required to provide. He's action-oriented and maintains a friendly/helpful persona whilst providing struggling/confused homebuyers with top-rate guidance throughout this process amongst somewhat volatile market conditions. Brian would be my first choice to work with if I were to pursue this route again.
