The process was very smooth! Sydney answered every email, text and call. She never made us wait or guess for the answers and she made sure we could get our refinance done as quick as possible!!
We worked with Matt for our first mortgage and later a cash out refinance. He provided exceptional service and eliminated much of the stress from the process, many times answering questions before I even asked. We were very happy to have him the first time and very happy that he was there to help us the second time. Would 100% recommend Veterans United and Matt is a large part of that.
