Veteran's United has some, if not the best rates possible for veterans (of any credit score group). They will work with you and help set realistic goals. Their loan officers are very invested in your needs and do everything they can to aid you in closing on the house that YOU want. Would definitely recommend. They do keep with the slogan of "Number One Veteran's Loan Mortgage Company" or whatever they say, but I can attest to it being mostly true. I asked around to other lenders during the process and they weren't able to get anywhere close to the interest rates that VU gave me. These other lenders even stated they were impressed by the rates at times.
Using a VA loan can be difficult in sellers markets but the team we had were stellar!

Please use a new title company. Not worth the frustration that they cause, even Kaylee was frustrated with them.
