Veterans United (VU) makes the process pretty easy even though it took two months to purchase my house, which they had no control over. The VU “to-do-list” feature is outstanding and needs to be patented, put on a micro chip and implanted in my brain, I’d never forget to shave or put on socks ever again. Also, the VU staff I worked with, Mystle Schellhorn and Amanda Boss, are what made this experience worth writing a review about, both easily A+ performers.
In my 23 years of military service, I recommend Veterans United to all civilian and active duty and retired personnel. This company has the best sufficient and excellent service. My loan officer was Ryan Anderson. He went out of his way to ensure I was well informed and was all around outstanding. His team worked hard to ensure my loan was processed in a timely manner and I always knew what was expected of me through the process. I also liked the website experience. Getting out of the military was very stressful and moving to another state even worst, but veterans United made my house buying experience very easy, obviously there’s paperwork and documents required, but they’re very organized and thorough with their process.
