Beth herself was kind and great aside from us just now knowing what was happening during our process. This was our first time buying a home and when we would ask questions we didn’t get much of a answer which left us stressed. When I asked what our mortgage would be I was told to Google a calculator to see. This isn’t the place for first timers. If I wanted to buy a house and didn’t have any questions THIS is your place!!!

Even if you think it's hopeless, give VU a shot. They will do everything in their power to get you your loan and a place to call your own. I can't imagine anyone else making this process any easier or more pleasant.
