Oftentimes, companies with the word Veterans associated with it lack the ability to truly understand what it is like to be a Veteran. This however, is not the case with Veterans United. From the initial phone call, we knew instantly that we were in the hands of a very well oiled machine. Every step of the way, we were informed, updated, and anything required was requested in a timely (clearly outlined) manner. There were absolutely no surprises. Having the ability to digitally sign documents securely (in the wee hours of the morning) was beyond priceless. This simple ability is what allowed us to now call our Hometown home! Our experience with Veterans United Home Loans was great. They were excellent when it came to communication, explaining the home loan process, and making us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them.
This was my first experience with Veterans United. I did not know what to expect, however; Jennifer and Kimi made the experience an exceptionally one. They were both so patient and professional. They were both there to guide me through the home owner process. If I had to do this again, I would choose Veterans United again. My home loan specialist and my real estate agent made this experience a great one!!!
Veteran United is great in helping veterans in the home buying process Smooth and easy I had no problems finding a home and getting financed.U filled out most of the paperwork online so there wasn't a lot to do for closing.
Keep in mind the time difference of where they're located vs where you are located. And remember it's a machine of a company so expect paperwork to sit on people's desks for hours. They're really good if you're not in a big hurry.
