Your final grading system is too vague. Poor to Outstanding: It's about meeting customer expectations, which you did for the most part, throughout the entire journey.If you want to add real value, try understanding when you met or exceeded customer expectations.I did have a question that took almost 2 business days to get a simple answer.The locking in of a rate was confusing, and really not completely answered.The concierge service was basic, I asked about mortgage insurance, and they gave me one reference of a company that will basically sell to anyone. If you do not know how to do internet searches, the concierge service would be extremely useful.
That being said - the MyVeteransUnited system and website is easy to use, and it was scary how easy it was to get the loan. I got a VA Loan in the mid 90's and it was a much more complex process.



Over all a pleasant experience. Your folks are all, each and everyone, easy to do business with.



I encourage every veteran home buyer to give Veterans United a chance. Once you do, you won’t need anything or anyone else. Truly a blessing beyond any expectations.
