The whole process was super easygoing, they ask for quite a few documents but it is understandable. If anything isn’t right or missing they are very clear on what is needed. If I had issues with the builder or realtor Skylar, Presley, Lynn and the whole team were on top of everything. This has been my second great experience with VU!

We have used Veterans United three times now and they are absolutely awesome!! So much better than the other companies we had used in the past.
From the start working with Brian Feldman was great. He help me get my loan started but had to step out because i was looking at homes in Arizona so then Lauren Krager took over my loan and was very helpful. Breanna Thayer was also so helpful. Amelia Hauck was fantastic and helping me with the extra services that VA Loan provide such Realtor, Insurance Agent, moving company and etc. Thank you to everyone for making it possible on the purchase of my house
Craig was our lender when we originally bought our home and made our transaction so smooth! When he reached out to us about a refinance, we couldn’t pass up the deal!
