After dealing with a big name bank, we wanted to refi with a lender that understood VA loans and veterans. Veterans United was always well recommended, and now we know why! Our first refi went very smoothly, and we were very pleased. Then, our rep Tim contacted me out of the blue saying we were eligible for a rapid refi so we could get in on an even lower rate! This procedure was even easier for us, and after just 6 weeks we are closing on our new refi. Veterans United has a great website with extremely easy online paying, and their customer service is excellent. They provide top notch service to help veterans feel secure in their homes.
And POW!!! Just like that Veterans United made it the easiest home loan experience ever!! Truly Through the Roof!!! POW!!!!

If you’re ever nervous about buying a home or refinancing, do what I did. Call Mike Patzius first and if he’s unavailable I’m certain you’ll receive the same level of care, respect, and professionalism that I received from both Mike and Shawna throughout the whole process. While I was a complete mess from start to close, I received explanations that I could understand, and like I said it was a lot less stressful once I got the team at VU involved. They’re SAVAGE!!! No matter where you live they’ll take care of you. Trust me I live in BFE, Maine and they came to my house. Talk about service! Thanks again guys.
