I really enjoyed working with everyone from start to finish. Adriana answered a ton of my early questions. Cassie was great helping me with all of the little things and Shawna helped me finish everything up, even when I bugged her multiple times a day she always seemed ready to help me.
I was a little lost, didn't know where to start, I just called Veteran's United and the took it from there, knowing what to do, the Video's they sent, on the Veteran's United site gave a lot of detailed information about each step of the process. The overall experience was amazing. This was my first home purchase, and everything went seamlessly; Veterans United's customer service is top-tier. Business schools should do a case study on VU, because they have the winning formula.
