Getting the flood insurance correctly on the closing doc was a small hiccup but overall the process was easy and the closing was one of the shortest closings I've ever had. Having the electronic signatures for the VA forms prior to closing really saved me a lot a time at closing.
The gifts through our the process made us smile and the presents for the kids on our closing was great!
