I can’t say enough about Veterans United Home Loans and Mrs. Heidi Bailey- Houston and Bryan Kay To put it into words this dream team was very Professional, knowledgeable, and Very Caring. They were professional, and customer service oriented from start to finish. Heidi and her team were on top of everything and kept us informed at all times. You could tell that they cared about us by keeping us informed at all times on how things were going. They made us comfortable during the whole process. They explained everything that was going on with our loan so we felt sure they were the ones to work with. Heidi was always their making sure we knew she was watching out for us. Heidi also took the time to go over our credit making sure that we didn’t make any big purchases until our loan was finalized. Her and her team went over and beyond to help us.
