Our only complaint was not with Veterans United, but with the foot dragging of the VA Appraiser. VU ordered the inspection in early Aug 2021 and it was the week before closing in Late Sept 2021 before the VA Appraiser reviewed our property, that's almost 60 days of none action. I told VU, they had better not hire that firm ever again, because other vets that go into the process should not be expecting good customer service from the VA if purchasing real estate in Oklahoma
