My loan team did a great job at closing my home I really appreciated there efforts to get my loan approved in a short amount of time. It was difficult to call and get them on the phone but if I sent a text message they would either respond or give me a call in a timely manner. I were professional and great at keeping me up to date through tour the process as this was my first time buying a home I had a lot of questions which they helped me get all my answers.
The touted concierge service was lacking. The VU never updated with the utilities. I called my concierge rep and gothem by phone and most were wrong companies.
As a military veteran I recommend "Veterans United Home Loans"" as a quality firm and an outsanding Veteran Friendly Organization.
