I know that doing a refi via telephone, email and online across six time zones took extra effort. Adding covid restrictions to the mix as an obstacle made this even more challenging.Steve was a total professional throughout. Overall experience they the VA was horrible. Two months to close a loan is unheard of in these times especially since collateral was well over asking price of new home. Glenn our loan officer was everything you would expect from a loan officer. Michelle was super awesome and a pleasure to work with.

I was very surprised with the experience I had. I reached out to veteran groups on Facebook to find a good lender and VU came with pretty high marks. Unfortunately I did not have that experience. I made sure to follow up with those groups and advised them of my piss poor experience I had. I would advise the next person not to fall for the sales pitch at first and if you do go with them. The first mistake they make or question they don't answer, leave!
