Excellent team work and guidance given by the staff at VU from start to closing
I have enjoyed conversations with him over the years, and have enjoyed seeing him and his team tackled a loan rapidly. He’s the best!
Everyone was very helpful and quick with answering any questions I had.
VU has been astounding. They really go above and beyond. They made the house buying process so seamless. My VU team was behind me every step of the way. I am grateful for all they did for me.
Commutation was an issue I’m sure the team was busy but if I’m told I’ll get an answer or call from someone or at some time and there is no follow threw it does not give me a positive feeling. Three was a lot of extra in my case that the team had not delt with before, so I’ll give a rate I feel is fair.
