The loan process was simple. Although there seemed to be a delay in communication sometimes the whole process was smooth and the people were very friendly and cortious.
Overall, I could not be more happy with my VA team, my agent, and the overall process. I was over the moon with how great it went and how great of a deal and rate I got.

I shopped around for a good Mortgage company. My previous mortgage was with Navy Federal and I went through them for a new pre-approval prior to learning about Veterans united. After 90 days the pre-approval had expired and reapplying through NFCU seemed like it became even more of a hassle. My friend told me about VU and after going through their pre-approval process, I was already amazed. With NFCU I felt like another number, but with VU I felt that personal touch and charm that I look for in a business that will profit from me. if I am ever in the market to purchase another home, I know VU will have my loyalty and my word of mouth advertising.
