This is our third home loan through Veterans United. As always, things went smooth; we even closed earlier than expected. The home seller felt reassured because we were going through Veterans United and both involved realtors said they wished all dealings were as easy and efficient. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend Veterans United to any prospective home buying veterans!

This was our second time purchasing a home and doing so out of state, ahead of our PCS’ing. Veteran’s United and Karol Hart made this whole process a breeze. It was significantly easier than our first experience and literally could not have gone any better. Absolute professionals in every manner. We had a snag with final VA loan approval. The problem was with Army records, which I now know is common. I wish I had been advised earlier. We chose a Veteran’s United suggested realtor but had to switch. They had poor knowledge of VA approved properties and shouldn’t have been on the recommended list.
