I chose Veterans United Home Loans for my refinance on the recommendation from a friend and was satisfied with the outcome. I don't appreciate being asked to provide scores of 10 (of 10) on the final survey (especially if it was not an error free process). Every aspect of this process, from the pre qualification all the way to post closing, was smooth and we were VERY well taken care of. All of our questions and concerns were always answered and we felt so safe and secure in this whole process. There was NO surprises, nothing was “off” or changed.
