



If your not purchasing a new home and your potentially buying an older home which may have issues. Make sure to talk to your loan officer about what requirements need to be met to get the clear to close or you will be in escrow for a prolonged amount of time. I personally had a bad experience working with an unexperienced and disrespectful loan coordinator. I have recommended Veterans United in the past to fellow veterans, active duty members, and family because of a pleasant and stress free experience. However this time around it was the opposite.
