The team was extremely helpful and worked to ensure we understood every aspect of our decision. They let us know when we were getting a good deal or when we should pass on making an offer. We were able to do video walkthroughs of houses during the pandemic with our real estate agent and they would highly problem areas and oversights in the home design and whether the house was actually worth the price. We likely wouldn't have bought a house for a few more years if Veterans United hadn't been a resource for us to use.

Veterans United well done. I thank you for your service to me. I started out with 2 other lenders. The 1st one was a disaster. The 2nd one was a very well known and award winning lender, but I had some issues with some of the staff early on and then I saw the ad about VU and knew from the start it was going to be a great experience, which it was. Thank you!

We love VU and have recommended you many times, however out of our 3 loans (in the last 3 years) with the company, this was probably our least favorite experience. I look forward to seeing improvements when we work with you again.

It seems as if this company was so eager to push the loan through that what had been discussed initially was completely ignored. Do not tell people what you can do for them and then blow it off!
