The first Estate agent, Susan, Was horrific. I would strongly recommend cutting ties with her, she was lazy, rude and unprofessional. it was painful to work with her. once my agent was changed everything went perfectly!
Everyone on the Veteran United loan team was amazing. Nick & Thomas and Amy other names I can’t remember we’re so helpful in gettin my family a home.
I am beyond impressed with the work Mike and the rest of the crew. I had no issue that wasn't taken care of emeditaly. Best experience ever.
The process was quick and easy with no setbacks, all positive. Veteran United provided remarkable service.

From start to finish Bobby and his team very immaculate in their customer service and completion of our entire mortgage process.
Jake and his team were very communicative and efficient. If there were any hiccups with my loan/closing I was unaware of them. I appreciate everything Jake did to make sure my home buying experience was a positive one since, especially since I did most of the purchase remotely.
I highly recommend Veterans United. It was a flawless experience.
If you are interested in purchasing a home, I highly recommend Veterans United! They were the best people to walk us thru our home buying process. Don and Lisa
