This was my first home purchase and I couldn’t be happier with the service and support I received throughout the entire process. My file was pretty tricky and VU was able to work with me and made me a homeowner. They were very efficient, I closed within 32 days. I had a few minor hurdles to jump, but it was a smooth ride after overcoming them. The process was stressful for me (I have terrible anxiety), but Marissa and Gus were very helpful, reassuring, and patient. I plan to use them in the future to purchase my next home. I would recommend them to anyone, they are great to work with if you are a first time buyer
