Your finance people are doing a better job than your face to face people seem to be. At least the ones I’ve personally had to deal with. I made the mistake of not changing agents and that’s on me. Scott and Blair were above my expectations. If you knew me you would know that’s not a compliment easily received.
Everything went smooth, other tan a late email without notification; which caused a delay in closing.
He was very helpful & professional. Did everything pretty much himself to make this easier for us. Always returned calls asap. It was indeed a pleasure to have him handle this loan for us. Veterans United very fortunate to have him on your staff.
